Week one of the transfer

Dear fam,

Glad to hear about all of the adventures this week. You guys must be having a blast at home but so are we here in Mexcio.

So this week we had more or less half days of work whilst we got hna Hernandez back into shape. Literally. Why do i say that? because her left leg is literally much smaller than her right one. her right legs is all muscled up and the left one is all sad and jello like. Funny but also difficult to work with. However despite the madness, we were able to see a miracle this week.

Yesterday after church and lunch we went out to teach and find people. We received an impression to go and search for a less active family named fam Pompa. Turns out that they don`t live in the address that is in the church records but a guy named Carlos does. He came out and the first thing he asks is where our church building is located. Then he tells us that he`s studied with the Jehovah`s witnesses for years, then the Christians but hasn`t found what he`s looking for and asks why we are different. We testified of the restoration and a little bit about the plan of salvation and then we get to the point where he stops us and asks us what he is feeling. We then teach him that he is feeling the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost testified soo powerfully of our words that the three of us were tearing up and he accepted for us to come and teach him on Wednesday. It was literally a miracle because we have been looking for new investigators all this week and we finally have found someone who is prepared to receive the gospel.

Let`s just say that this experience is just one of the many amazing spiritual experiences that a mission has to offer. I am so blessed to be able to be an instrument in the hands of the Lord to find His sheep. I love this Gospel and know that what we teach is true. I know the Lord loves each and every one of His children and that we are His hands to help lift others and help them feel His love.

I hope you all have a great week!!!!
Love,

Hermana Hyer
