Weather, Zone Conference and the Sacrament

So as for this week we have started the rainy season. And i happen to love it! It`s really hot, all day, like basically scorching and then at maybe 7 or earlier it begins to rain and rain and rain. I have come to learn that I love the rain. Walking around in it, getting a little bit wet makes me feel better. My companion gets grumpy gills when it rains but it puts my mood through the roof! I wish we had rainy season in Utah but we`re kind of a desert that struggles with having rain but that`s okay.

Next topic as written in the subject of the email is Zone Conference. We had Zone Conference this week on Friday and it was fabulous!!! I loved loved Loved it!!! We played a fun water balloon game and did some practices that I actually enjoyed and President Mecham taught us a lot of cool stuff about fasting and partaking of the Sacrament and it was great. Plus for me because sister Mecham asked me to translate for her and I did pretty well. Which is a huge blessing because as of a month ago I couldn`t do it. And we had baby chicken salad sandwiches as a snack and I was super happy because I`ve definitely missed eating those. It was an excellent experience and I can`t wait for the next one.

And the last topic, the Sacrament. So through the course of my mission I have been coming to appreciate more and more the Sacrament. So, something that I had never realized that I now realize is that the Sacrament is one of the most important saving ordinances that we have. It allows us to be made clean and pure every week if we partake of it worthily. I invite you to read the definitions of Sabbath Day and Sacrament from True to the Faith and think about what each of you can do to feel the Spirit more and partake more worthily of the Sacrament. I promise that if you repent daily and focus more during the ordinance of the Sacrament that you will feel the difference in your life like it did this week. Try it! Please just try it and feel the difference!

I love you all and hope you have a great week!
